• Plan Your Itinerary.
  All flights begin with a good flight plan. Start the process by brainstorming about how and what you want to communicate—and to whom.
  
  Then call us. We do NOT want to provide answers or recommendations that are generated by some formula (or worse, based on some non-human Web-based interaction) because that would be presumptuous. We would love to listen, to dream with you, to help you learn about how other churches have solved similar problems, and to plan an itinerary for you that will be creative, cost-effective and appropriate.
• Get a Fare Quote.
  Based on your desired itinerary, we will develop a price quote to help ensure that your goals and budget are in alignment. This can work two ways: either you can give us your budget and goals and we can design a solution for you; or you can give us your goals only and we can provide a price estimate for our recommended solution.
• Buy the Ticket.
  Once we have agreed upon a project plan and a fee structure, we take care of some paperwork, build a schedule that works for you, and get the project underway.
• Prepare for Departure.
  In this phase, we will work with you to bring your vision to life. We obviously start with the creative work, and you will work with one of our talented designers, all of whom are passionately committed to helping churches communicate well.
  
  When the creative direction is agreed upon, we move into the production mode to build whatever solution you’ve asked us to build for you. From printed direct mail cards, to brochures, to ads or a Web site, we will handle the production and delivery with excellence.
• Take Off.
  The journey—launched with a vision for engaging your community—will gain speed and take to the skies as your communication reaches the hearts and minds of your audiences.
